Select Continue Activation and follow the on-screen instructions. You will receive an email to complete your registration and account activation so you can start using your telemedicine services immediately.
In addition to PC and Apple computers (MacBook with Safari browser), this option also works with smartphones on the Android operating system, but is not currently supported by Apple for iOS related devices. For iOS access, use the instructions for smartphone app access below.
Option 2: Using our App from your Smartphone
Open our Access a Doctor app on your phone or tablet device as follows:
Returning Members: click on your device type: Android | iOS
First-time Users: register online as noted above, then download the Access a Doctor app by clicking on the appropriate App Store icon below:
Confirm the information on each screen, update as necessary.
Click Schedule Your Consult.
NOTE: You will receive a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org indicating successful submission of your video consult request. For questions related to registration, either of the above video chat options, or regarding calling a Doctor by phone, feel free to utilize the concierge advocacy tile on your benefits app.
